What are your shipping options?
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You'll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
Orders of $100+ receive free shipping!
Local orders of $100+ within a 50km radius receive free ocal shipping!
We do not ship overseas at this time.
Where are your products made?
Our products are made locally in our studio.
How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed in studio will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
How does your refill station work?
Our booths at Bountiful Farmers Market and Old Strathcona Farmers Market will have refill stations. Please bring your clean reusable containers to refill. We will walk you through the rest!
